Elissa was born from lies told by the Devoted. An Impostor who dug herself up from the ground, gasping for air. Nobody found her, but she found a purpose. With her she brought sickness, infecting those the Devoted held close to her heart. Killing them, in an act of vengeance the Impostor did not understand herself.

Wherever the Devoted would go, the Impostor would follow.

The Impostor stands roughly 1,68 centimeters with boots on. Her body is weak, not built for physical strength. At first glance she seems extremely ordinary, though upon closer inspection, something is off about her. Some say she is cursed, others that it is divinity. The truth, however, is not so tangible.

Her jaw and chin are strong and defined, cheekbones set a bit too high on her face, making her look hallowed. The Impostor's eyes have an unremarkable color of mudded blues and greens, though her gaze is piercing. Nose long and narrow, lips thin and cracked. If she has hair, it is hidden under her beanie. Her eyebrows and lashes are gone.

The Impostor carries a half-honest heart and clings to some semblance of truth. She detests trickery, but if she herself is to suffer deception, her hands are no longer tied.

As winter-hardened dirt, the Impostor must be warmed and soften by the hands of people before she will connect with them and nourish relationships. Children brings out spring in her borrowed heart. The Impostor herself hasn’t fully awoken.

Despite her quiet demeanor, she carries the blame of her sister’s misdeeds. It has granted her the role as the villain in a twisted narrative. Blood will be shed and both sisters will spill a river of it, drowning the earth and themselves.
